About the project
Marlene's Pet Shop was built by cat parents who couldn't find what their cats actually needed. Frustrated by the gap between what existed and what worked, they started designing it themselves. Every product in the store is something they built for their own cats first.

The challenge
A passionate founder with a strong product vision but no online presence. Starting from zero — no digital catalogue, no payment setup, no brand presence online. Needed to launch quickly without looking like a rushed store. The cat-parent audience is discerning and would see through anything generic.

What we built
Complete Shopify store built from scratch around the brand's authentic story. Full product catalogue setup with detailed care guides and lifestyle photography. Custom collections architecture by cat type and need. Dawn-based theme customised to feel warm and personal. Full handoff training so the founder could manage it independently.
