By engaging with Amoni (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for web development and related services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before initiating any project with us.

Services Provided
Amoni provides custom web development, app development, cloud solutions, and other digital services. Details of each service and project scope are defined in individual project agreements, which outline deliverables, timelines, and pricing.

Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and successful project, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide Necessary Information: Timely provision of information, resources, and access to relevant systems or platforms as required for project completion.
  • Respond to Communication: Promptly respond to communications to avoid project delays.
  • Approve or Request Modifications: Review deliverables and provide feedback or approval within specified timelines.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays, additional fees, or suspension of services.

Payment Terms

  • Project Fees: Payment schedules and amounts are agreed upon in the project proposal. Payments are typically structured as deposits, milestone payments, and final payments.
  • Late Payments: Any overdue payments may be subject to a late fee, and continued delays may result in suspension or termination of services.
  • Refunds: Our Refund Policy governs all refund requests, outlining eligibility criteria and processing procedures.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership: Upon final payment, ownership of the project’s final deliverables transfers to the Client, excluding any third-party licensed software or resources.
  • Portfolio Usage: Amoni reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, including screenshots, project descriptions, and links unless the Client expressly requests otherwise in writing.
  • Third-Party Assets: Any third-party assets (e.g., plugins, APIs, fonts) used in the project are subject to their respective licenses, and the Client is responsible for reviewing and complying with these terms.

Project Timelines
While we strive to meet all deadlines outlined in project agreements, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, Client-related delays, or third-party issues. Any significant delay will be communicated to the Client, and we will work together to adjust timelines as needed.

Revisions and Modifications

  • Project Scope: The project scope is defined in the initial agreement. Minor adjustments are accommodated within this scope, but any significant changes may require a scope revision and additional fees.
  • Revision Rounds: A specified number of revision rounds are included in each project. Additional revision requests beyond these rounds may incur extra charges.

Limitation of Liability
Amoni is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project.

Confidentiality
Both Amoni and the Client agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary information shared during the project. This confidentiality remains in effect even after the completion of the project.

Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the project with written notice if the other party fails to comply with the terms agreed upon. Any fees for work completed up to the date of termination will be due immediately.

Amendments
Amoni reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], and any disputes arising from these terms or services provided shall be resolved under its jurisdiction.
