Terms of service

By engaging Amoni's services, signing a proposal, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with any engagement.

Amoni provides Shopify store development, design, migration, SEO, and related digital services as described in the agreed project proposal or statement of work. The exact scope of services is defined in writing before any work begins.

• Timely information — provide all required assets, content, and access within agreed timelines
• Prompt responses — respond to questions and approval requests within 2 business days to avoid project delays
• Review deliverables — review and approve or provide feedback on deliverables within agreed review periods

Projects require a deposit (typically 50%) before work begins, with milestone or final payments due as specified in the proposal. Late payments may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. Invoices are payable via bank transfer, PayPal, or Stripe.

Upon receipt of full and final payment, all custom work created by Amoni for the client (including designs, code, and content) transfers to the client as their intellectual property.

Amoni retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope. Delays caused by late client feedback, change requests, or third-party dependencies (such as app providers or Shopify itself) may extend the timeline. Amoni will communicate any timeline changes promptly.

The number of revisions included is specified in the project proposal. Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed scope will be billed at the agreed hourly rate.

Amoni's total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the total amount paid by the client for that specific project. Amoni is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement and not to disclose it to third parties without written consent.

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
