What's included in the monthly hours?
You get a fixed number of development hours per month (based on plan tier) that can be used for any combination of bug fixes, features, or optimization work.
What if I need more hours in a given month?
We bill additional hours at our standard rate. You're never blocked — just billed transparently for overages.
Can I cancel the retainer?
Yes, with 30 days' notice. No long-term lock-in.
