Backpack Buddy sells innovative backpack accessories and organisational tools for school-age children. Their brand is fun and bold — their store needed to reflect that while still being conversion-focused.

A template-based store that looked generic and didn't match the brand's energetic identity. No subscription option for repeat purchasers. Checkout abandonment rate above 75%.

What we built
Custom Shopify theme with vibrant colour system and playful UI components. Added subscription bundles via Recharge. Rebuilt the checkout journey with progress indicators and trust badges. Implemented an abandoned cart email sequence.
