About the project
Low Ready Group is a centre for modern firearm application — built to international standards for hunters, sport shooters, and service weapon carriers. Home of the EXERIX training methodology, they offer downloadable drill programs including the Handgun Standard, Know Your Limits, Speed Limit, and Handgun Basics. Their audience is serious, experienced, and expects the same precision from their online experience as they bring to the range.

The challenge
An existing store with poor mobile performance and product pages that didn't reflect the technical depth of the EXERIX system. No age verification flow, no structured way to present the drill library, and a checkout experience that created trust friction for a high-AOV niche audience. The brand had authority — the store didn't show it.

What we built
Custom dark-mode theme designed around tactical precision and authority. Built a structured drill library section for EXERIX download products with clear drill descriptions and difficulty levels. Added military and service discount validation via SheerID. Redesigned the mobile PDP with spec tables via metafields and a streamlined one-page checkout.
