From template to brand — Indian fashion redesigned for conversion

About the project
Dlibaas is a premium Indian & Pakistani fashion brand celebrating the beauty and heritage of South Asia for the modern woman. Stocking lehengas, shararas, palazzo suits, and indo-western styles, they ship direct from their Pennsylvania warehouse across the USA in 2–4 days. Known for live shopping sessions every evening on TikTok and YouTube, 8,178+ dresses shipped, and a 5.0 Trustpilot rating — they came to Amoni with a store that looked nothing like the brand they had built.
The challenge
A generic Shopify template that undercut the brand's premium positioning at every turn. Product pages lacked the detail and visual confidence needed to justify $150–$400 price points. No visual identity, no storytelling, and none of the brand's unique selling points — daily live sessions, height customisation, USA warehouse — were being communicated. Mobile conversion was poor despite a predominantly mobile audience discovering products through TikTok.
What we built
Full custom Shopify theme redesign built around the 'Wear Your Story' brand identity. Warm editorial aesthetic with the brand's amber/ivory palette. Custom 'Shop by Video' section integrating TikTok and YouTube content directly on the homepage. Height customisation option added to product pages as a paid add-on. Trust bar with key USPs — free shipping, 2–4 day delivery, USA warehouse, 5.0 Trustpilot — on every page. Speed-optimised for Core Web Vitals. Mobile-first product and collection pages rebuilt for impulse-purchase behaviour.
